About
After graduating from NYU with a degree in acting and directing, I began my career in New York City's vibrant downtown theater scene, directing plays with Synaesthetic, a multi-media theatre company, throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s. This foundation in storytelling and visual narrative naturally led me into film, where I started as a casting agent for short films and commercials before serving as a child talent director at Little Airplane Productions.
My passion for empowering creative voices drew me to education, where I taught filmmaking at both private and public schools throughout New York City. In 2005, I founded Willow Street Films, creating impactful video content for leading institutions including Mount Sinai Hospital, NYU, and dozens of non-profit organizations. I later co-founded Full Tilt Films, a documentary-focused production company where I produced several feature-length documentaries.
In 2017, I joined MCM Creative as Head of Post Production, where I built and led a talented team of editors, colorists, and audio mixers. Under my leadership, we delivered hundreds of projects—from indie films and television series to commercials and corporate content—for broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms. In 2024, I stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer at MCM Creative, where I continue to guide the company's creative and operational vision.

When Abortion is a Crime/ Rwanda from Ipas
This short video looks at abortion in Rwanda, where hundreds of women are unjustly harassed, arrested, prosecuted and imprisoned each year for illegal abortions. Even though the abortion law was reformed in 2012, legal barriers and cultural and religious stigma make it nearly impossible for women to get a safe, legal abortion. The video includes interviews with women, health advocates and others, and outlines steps the Rwandan government can take to address this ongoing human rights violation.

Hip Hop Treasures
“Hip Hop Treasures” follows the search for lost Hip Hop memorabilia. Led by LL COOL J and Ice T alongside field collectors and museum curators, the team tells the story of some of Hip Hop’s greatest artists and the items they made famous such as The Notorious B.I.G.’s iconic jersey from the “Juicy” video, Flavor Flav’s clocks, DMX’s Aaliyah car, and more. This exclusive partnership between A&E, Pulse Films, LL COOL J’s Rock The Bells and The Universal Hip Hop Museum honors these music legends and brings their items back to the birthplace of the culture, The Bronx.
